| 【IT168 应用】经常有人问，自己的电脑会不会太热了，有没有超过CPU所能承受的正常范围。下面就教你怎么样查看CPU的温度，你的CPU跑多少度算正常。
首先，为了测量当前CPU温度，要装一个CPU温度监控程序。网上有很多不错的处理器监控软件可以下载，而且通常主板附带的CD光盘里就有这样的软件可用。如果主板光盘里面没有（或者是光盘弄丢了），推荐使用一个叫Motherboard Monitor的免费软件，可以点击这里下载。
Motherboard Monitor不但可以在系统任务栏上实时显示当前温度，还可以设置达到多高温度就报警。

另外也可以在电脑的BIOS里查看CPU温度——在开机刚有文字显示的时候按“Del”键进入，也有些电脑是按F1或F2或F10进入BIOS设置页面的。
进入BIOS设置页面之后，可以找到一个叫“Hardware Monitor”或“PC Health”的选项（如笔者的机器是“Power > Hardware Monitor”。
不过不提倡用这种方法检测电脑的温度，因为电脑在打开BIOS设置页面的时候，是闲着什么事也没做的，这时查到的温度不等于电脑在正常使用中的温度。
